The Strength of Roots

Walt: Identify language features of the text and sentence types. 

On Monday my reading group (Dr Seuss's) were introduced to a new story given to us called The Strength of Roots. As you can see our Walt says that we have been identifying language features of the text and sentence types. Such as Metaphors, Similes, Personification an many other more. In the story it had many descriptive writing in it. 

In the story their was a boy that lived in the islands that had a humongous tidal wave. Our teacher made presentation for us and putted questions on our presentation so that we can answer them. I hope you enjoy.
