Parts of an Orchestra

Today I have created I presentation explaining the parts of an orchestra. In an orchestra there are different kinds of families. Brass family, string family, woodwind family and the percussion which is the largest family in the orchestra. This is all related to our topic and theme for this term which Musical Madness.

Team 5 Expedition

Today the whole of team 5 had their expedition.There are many groups that are participating in this event. Many groups have built netbook cubbyholes, some fun games for students to be entertained with if it's a rainy day, making lockers to put their personal stuff in, also making shoe racks to put shoes in. My group and I made a cubbyhole for netbooks.  It was really fun making it. Was we have finished with our model we are to present it in front of the little kids in our school.

Myth & Legends: Te Taiao o Tamaki

WALT:  research the various myths and legends that were used to explain features of our environment.    Features such as our land, our oceans our natural resources.
